On May 19, 2022, BioscienceLA was recognized as part of the inaugural class of the UCLA Bruin Business 100. This initiative honors 100 businesses founded and run by Bruins that have made an impact in their industries and communities. BioscienceLA was excited to be honored by the UCLA Alumni Association, and to represent Bruins in healthcare.

BioscienceLA CEO, Dave Whelan (UCLA MBA ‘02), and Director of Strategy & Operations, Jessica Barnette (UCLA MPH ‘14, UCLA MBA ‘19), attended the event to accept the honor.
