Leadership Catalyst Program

In conversations with investors and founders, one theme that has emerged is a need to provide more opportunities for leadership development. In 2022, we launched our Leadership Catalyst Program, which will help emerging leaders grow their functional and domain expertise through confidential peer advisory groups.
Groups of 10–12 leaders meet monthly for executive coaching sessions, including skilled facilitators, guest speakers, and leadership development programming. Emphasis will be placed on issue processing (modeled after Vistage and other peer advisory groups), providing leaders with actionable guidance to current situations.
Our first group (“Alpha Cohort”) includes a diverse mix of entrepreneurs with a range of experience across biotech, medtech, digital health, and other industries. Sessions are being led by healthcare innovation expert, consultant, and facilitator Jon Warner, who has years of experience in leading groups like this.
